How do I make my payments?

You’ll receive a billing form for your initial payment. All future payments can be made using the link on your invoice or via the Tern App.

How far is the resort from the airport?

The Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa is located in Koloa, and is approximately 15 miles from Lihue Airport (LIH). The drive typically takes around 28 minutes.

How do I purchase travel insurance?

A travel insurance quote will be sent to you on the day that you make your first deposit. Travel insurance is optional, but it is highly recommended

Trip was amazing. Had an awesome time. Lisa was very informative every step of the way. Customer service was impeccable and unmatched. The only issue was the long ride the to the catamaran. Seems like there could be something closer to the resort so almost an entire day is not lost riding a bus. Otherwise, everything was great.
