91 days or more before departure: No cancellation penalty, unless the booking has non-refundable payments.
90–56 days before departure: Penalty is the deposit amount.
55–30 days before departure: Penalty is the deposit or 50% of total fare, whichever is greater.
29–15 days before departure: Penalty is the deposit or 75% of total fare, whichever is greater.
14 days or less before departure: Penalty is 100% of total fare.

Trip was amazing. Had an awesome time. Lisa was very informative every step of the way. Customer service was impeccable and unmatched. The only issue was the long ride the to the catamaran. Seems like there could be something closer to the resort so almost an entire day is not lost riding a bus. Otherwise, everything was great.
