Trip was amazing. Had an awesome time. Lisa was very informative every step of the way. Customer service was impeccable and unmatched. The only issue was the long ride the to the catamaran. Seems like there could be something closer to the resort so almost an entire day is not lost riding a bus. Otherwise, everything was great.
