• Dining: Dining at all onboard restaurants is included, with no buffet. Anything ordered through ShipEats room delivery is also included, minus a $10 delivery charge.
• Essential drinks: Soda, water, non-pressed juices, drip coffee, and tea are included.
• WiFi: Basic WiFi works throughout the ship and at The Beach Club at Bimini. 
• Fitness: Every group class at B-Complex, the onboard gym, is included, from HIIT to sunrise yoga.
• Entertainment and Bimini: Shows and entertainment are included, and so is access to The Beach Club at Bimini on sailings that call there.
• RockStar suites add extras: Suite guests get Richard’s Rooftop access, VIP services, and exclusive events, plus a RockStar Agent on call and a stocked in-room mini bar.

• Gratuities: Since October 2025 these are a separate line item, $20 per person per night prepaid or $22 onboard. Tips are still built into spa treatments and beverage purchases.
• Alcohol: Pay-as-you-go.
• Fare tiers: Fares come in Base, Essential, and Premium levels. All three include the restaurants, essential drinks, and fitness classes. The tiers differ in flexibility, WiFi speed, and dining-reservation windows, and Premium adds an included Bar Tab and priority support.

A luxurious suite with more space, upgraded amenities, a private terrace, personalized RockStar Agent service, and exclusive access to VIP areas such as Richard’s Rooftop.

• nitial Deposit: 20% of the cruise fare is required to secure your reservation.

• Final Payment: Due 120 days before departure. Bookings made within 120 days require full payment.

• Cancellation Policy: Depends on the fare selected. Some fares are non-refundable, while others may qualify for refunds or future voyage credits.

• Booking Flexibility: Eligible reservations can be held for 24 hours without a deposit when sailing is at least 45 days away.

• Additional Expenses: Gratuities, alcoholic beverages, shore excursions, spa treatments, and other extras may cost extra.

• Valid Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months after the cruise ends.

• Visa or Travel Authorization: If required based on your nationality and the destinations visited.

• Cruise Confirmation: Have your reservation details available.

• Virgin Voyages App: Complete your online check-in and have your boarding information ready.

• Additional Documentation: Any health or entry documents required by the countries on your itinerary.
